Quads 4 Christmas
Quads for Christmas (Q4X) is our annual event where we deliver a brand-new ATV to a child who has faced unimaginable challenges. Surviving Hope, in collaboration with local police and fire departments in the recipient’s area, creates an extraordinary experience. With lights, sirens, and a full escort, Santa Claus personally delivers the ATV to the child on Christmas morning.
Our mission is to help create the most memorable holiday possible for a family affected by a life-threatening crisis. This unforgettable gift, surrounded by the family’s community, ensures they experience the true magic of Christmas.

Let’s make a child's holiday a little brighter by surprising them with a quad.

Q4X-RECIPENTS
JAKE S. loved being a part of his flag football team, his cub-scout activities, and just being a normal kid, living a normal kid life. Just days before the end of second grade, we learned that "normal" life was once again put on hold and we were going back to the life of hospitals. Jake had his unrelated bone marrow transplant October 11, 2017. After clearing our transplant hospital stay Jake's parents made the decision to return closer to home for more comfort, pets, and our local team whom we loved and trusted since he was a baby. Our only outings consisted of bloodwork, labs, and hospital check-ups. Receiving a quad for Christmas morning gave Jake so much fun, and adventure while we waited for his immune system to become strong enough to venture out back to "normal" life. We will never forget the magic that happened that Christmas morning, and we can't wait to share our experience with future kids who are affected by a medical crisis.
