Quads 4 Christmas
In June of 2017, Jake relapsed for the 3rd time. After his life saving bone marrow transplant, we were stuck waiting for Jake's immune system to rebuild. This process was long and isolated since his immune system didn't even exist until after the 1st 100 days of his new cells. With not much to do other than wait that Christmas, our friends and friends of friends put together a plan and delivered Jake a quad that Christmas morning. The team had a police escort along with Santa and some new friends delivered (personally) Jake his quad! What happened that morning was the truest meaning of CHRISTMAS MAGIC. Everyone involved with this special Christmas morning was touched by the magical morning. They knew they wanted to repeat that gift, and one day I want to give back what was done for us!
Surviving Hope will donate a child size four-wheeler for a qualifying* child Christmas morning.
Although the child does not need to celebrate Christmas, but we do ask that we continue the spirit of giving.
Surviving Hope needs your help to keep QUADS 4 for Xmas going for future families to share the magical gift of giving and receiving. It is truly humbling to be able to be a part of a beautiful gift of Hope, and Spirit of Christmas. We also are looking to promote safe riding, and incorporating all motorsports fans to get involved.
Let’s make a child's holiday a little brighter by surprising them with a quad.
*Families that qualify for assistance from Surviving Hope, a small child can be eligible to receive a four-wheeler for xmas. For more information regarding eligibility for receiving a quad 4 xmas, please email [email protected] Applications are ONLY ACCEPTED FROM MEDICAL PROVIDER

JAKE S. loved being a part of his flag football team, his cub-scout activities, and just being a normal kid, living a normal kid life. Just days before the end of second grade, we learned that "normal" life was once again put on hold and we were going back to the life of hospitals. Jake had his unrelated bone marrow transplant October 11, 2017. After clearing our transplant hospital stay Jake's parents made the decision to return closer to home for more comfort, pets, and our local team whom we loved and trusted since he was a baby. Our only outings consisted of bloodwork, labs, and hospital check-ups. Receiving a quad for Christmas morning gave Jake so much fun, and adventure while we waited for his immune system to become strong enough to venture out back to "normal" life. We will never forget the magic that happened that Christmas morning, and we can't wait to share our experience with future kids who are affected by a medical crisis.
